Return Policy

Since all sales are final, we do not accept any cancellation and request for refund due to a change of mind. 

Exchange Policy

You have up to (7) days to exchange the items from the date or receipt. 

Exchange requests outside of these grace periods will not be accepted except for extraordinary cases. 

The buyer is responsible for all return costs—including shipping. These are not covered and will not be reimbursed by us, unless the items that were sent are either incorrect or defective.

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund due to sizing issues after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Please allow up to (1) week for your exchange to be processed once received at our warehouse.
